How We Work
Brief
A critical part of the process is getting an understanding of your home, so before we initially meet, we will request plans & drawings of your property. Once we have had an opportunity to review these, our designer will arrange a meeting with you to discuss the project & start to explore first thoughts on colour & design. At this point, the designer will be able to give you some ideas about budgets, style & layouts.
Design
This where the magic begins. Our highly experienced designers combine their in-depth understanding of fabric with a detailed technical knowledge to suggest carefully considered designs & solutions for your space. Many of our clients enjoy visiting our design studio at this stage, to choose fabrics & finishes supported by your personal design consultant to guide you & offer recommendations & options.
Make
This is the process of bringing your vision to life – taking your design from paper to fabric through the expertise of our in-house seamstress who will curate the design to your exact specification using the finest manufacturing techniques & technical knowledge.
Install
This is the exciting part where all your plans & designs become a reality as the finished window treatment is installed into your home by our highly experienced in-house fitting team. There is a distinct art to window dressing requiring a unique creative flair to ensure your installation is dressed to perfection.

Pencil Pleat Heading
The Pencil Pleat heading is a traditional, much used style which is ideal for curtains in any room.
Single Pleat Heading
Single pleated curtains are made by creating a single fold at the top of the curtain creating a modern look. These are suited to light/medium weight fabrics.
Bi-Pleat Heading
Double pleated curtains have a sharper pleat definition & are suited to light/medium weight fabrics.
Triple Pinch Pleat Heading
Triple Pinch pleat curtains tend to be used in a more formal, elegant setting. They are ideal for heavier fabrics or larger windows. They depict formality & a tailored finish.
Goblet Heading
Goblet headings are one of the most luxurious curtain headings and, like triple pleat headings, are ideal for larger windows or heavier fabrics. Much used in grand rooms & high ceiling windows.
Inverted Pleat Heading
A contemporary heading for discerning interiors. Specially suitable for wall to wall curtains with a more contemporary look.
Eyelet Heading
Eyelet heading is an alternativen & easy to the eye heading for use with curtain poles forming drops with large even pleats.
Wave Heading
The finished appearance is similar to that of eyelet curtains but the fabric hangs directly below the track in a neat & uniform style. Best suited for hardware such as ceiling fixed tracks or contemporary poles.
Tab Top Heading
Tab Top is a fun heading suitable for curtain poles. Tabs can be made in the same fabric as the curtains or in a contrast material.
